The delivery fees charged by of Boutique Equines include postage, handling for standard size parcels.

A set postage and handling fee of $10 applies to each order for standard shipping within Australia

Upgrade to Express postage an be applied at the rate of $25

International parcels – $25 for Standard shipping & $45 for Express

Free Shipping Codes are not valid during any sale period and will be deactivated

This charge covers postage & handling of all products in one order, regardless of the amount & quantity of products.

We endeavour to pick, pack and despatch your orders within 5 working days, however on the odd occasion if this may not possible in which we will contact you directly.

Delivery time frame -dependent on location which we are reliant on Australia post service to dictate.

Boutique Equines reserves the right to quote delivery charges for non standard size parcels as well as any parcels above 3kg within Australia.

Boutique Equines takes all care packaging items to be delivered however takes no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels by Australia Post or any other Courier

Orders are despatched  once all funds have cleared within our bank account or via our online merchant facility
